I acknowledge that I received either by hard copy or electronically and have read and understood the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy and/or that the Policy has been explained to me. I further acknowledge and understand that agreeing to comply with the contents of this Policy is a condition of my membership or volunteer involvement with Gwinnett County Swim League.


All adults within the venue this weekend need to sign waivers for Safe Sport.
