HOW IT WORKS:
You share the skills & time you are able and willing to share with a start up that needs cover for its engineers so it can continue to pay its team in full while they defend their country.

Start ups share the skills & time requirements that they have.

When there is a match we will connect you with the start up - and you will take the discussion from there (similar to a normal recruitment process).

After the role is completed we will ask both parties for feedback, so we can improve our matching services going forward.

This is a not for profit initiative.

Please note that as part of the Collective you pledge to only offer skills that you are competent in, always work with integrity and be honest about the time you have available. If we need more information to match you with someone we'll be in touch :).
