What is the title of the artwork you are submitting?
Please write a short artist statement to be displayed with each of your artwork to help explain your style, motivation, and a little bit about who you are. Here are some thoughts to help with the preparation of the statement. (You are not required to use any of these thoughts.) You can mention where you were born or grew up if it helps explain your current work or is otherwise notable. What is your medium or media? What special techniques do you use? What inspires your art? What makes you passionate about your art? Have you shown your work in other venues? If so, where and when?
Option to Sell Your Art
You have the option to price your artwork and put it up for sale during the show. However, there is no obligation to do so and you can request that your piece(s )be marked "NFS" (Not For Sale) if you prefer. See next question.

Artwork drop off and pick up:
Art work must be submitted to Violence Prevention Center by December 29th, 2020. Artwork must be picked up from Violence Prevention Center by February, 5th 2021. If You are unable to pick it up, please arrange means of return with VPC staff.
By e-signing this form, I agree to have the information I have allowed to be presented publicly with my artwork, to bring my artwork to the Violence Prevention Center by December 29th, 2020 or to be in contact with the VPC if this date does not work for me.
