Please use this form to register for Day of Giving (open to all Christian County residents) and school supplies (OZARK STUDENTS with financial hardship ONLY). All students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Clothing/shoes are distributed on a first come, first served basis and sizes are not guaranteed. See our website or Facebook for complete details. This event will take place on August 10, 2019. You will receive an email in July if your student qualifies for school supplies (we must confirm your child's enrollment in the Ozark District).
