Recognising the social impact of Queer Leaders.
This year's WCS | Awards will celebrate Queer Leaders around the word - LGBTQ+ change-makers who are using their platforms, profile and roles to drive change, making the world a more inclusive place for all LGBTQ+ people. This might be 'creating space' for others in their workplace, community or on a wider scale nationally or globally.
Entries
Queer leaders are invited to nominate themselves or they may be nominated by someone else. They will be asked to identify/ demonstrate what makes them a queer leader, the nature of their work & its impact and how this aligns with We Create Space (WCS).
