Wearable Art 2021 Preliminary Registration Form
Greater Sitka Arts Council presents the 2021 Wearable Arts show. This form must be submitted by midnight, February 12, 2021. This will help us to determine if we have enough entrants to host a show and to begin planning for programming and volunteer efforts.

Confirm that you agree to complete a final registration form by May 1, with complete details of your piece, models, music.  You are also confirming that you will participate in the evening full dress rehearsal and to participating in 2 shows on May 15, 2021.
