The Oklahoma Swarm Scholarship Program was created to provide temporary assistance to Swarm players and families facing financial challenges. The Program helps to cover seasonal club costs. The application below will be reviewed by the Swarm Board of Directors and will be approved based on the need and verifiable information contained within this application. In some circumstances, additional information will be required. In those cases, the Swarm will contact the applicant for further clarification. Scholarships are limited and will be granted up to 50% of the estimated cost for the upcoming season. All recipients are expected to participate in practices, games and team events (including fund raising activities). Failure to participate, as required, may result in the suspension of scholarship funds.
