Currently, academic degrees in the STEM fields, especially the aerospace curricula, are experiencing a serious gender unbalance. There is the need to inspire new generations, especially young girls, to overcome current gender stereotypes for their professional career choices. The proposed session seeks to encourage the discussion and provide a momentum of dialogue about Gender Equality in the Space Field.
