2020/2021 SAT and ACT fee waiver requests

*You must submit this form each time you request a fee waiver and You must be a Nation Ford student to fill out this form.*

Juniors and Seniors who qualify may request up to (2) SAT,  (2) SAT subject test, and (4) ACT fee waivers over the course of their time in high school.

Students are limited to (2) SAT, (2) SAT subject test, and (4) ACT fee waivers for their total time in high school. If you receive your all your fee waivers all in the Junior year, you will NOT receive any fee waivers Senior year.
