2023 Contribution Statements are now available.  The primary way to receive your statement is ELECTRONICALLY.  

You also have the option to request a PAPER copy of your statement.  You will be able to either pick up your paper copy at the church, or have it mailed to you via regular USPS Priority Mail.  Printed Paper Copies will be available on Sundays after service until 945am.  Requests for mailed copies will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your request.

In order to receive a PRINTED COPY of your Contribution Statement, you MUST complete this request form. Otherwise, please follow the step-by-step instructions below to access your electronic statement that you can print on your own.

Instructions for downloading your electronic Contribution Statement:

1.  Go to the following website:  https://woccgive.churchtrac.com/
2.  Enter your email address
(Note:  You must enter the email on file with WOCC.  If you enter an email address and it is not found, you will have to request a paper copy of your Contribution Statement).
3.  Click "FORGOT PASSWORD"
(Note:  Even if you had a password from last year, you must click "FORGOT PASSWORD" because the system does not save the password from the previous year).
4.  A password will be sent to your email.
5.  Enter the new password
6.  You will now be prompted to create a NEW PASSWORD
7.  Once you hit "SUBMIT", you will enter into your personal Contribution Profile.
8.  The first page allows you to update your Profile.
9.  In order to access your statement, click on the 3 bars in the upper left hand corner.
10.  Choose the option, "MY GIVING HISTORY"
11.  Enter the date range of 01/01/2023-12/31/2023
12.  Click "VIEW STATEMENT"
13.  Your statement will appear.  You may now VIEW, DOWNLOAD, or PRINT your statement.
