The Beyond the Rainbow Events organizers recognize that reporting incidents is HARD. We want to thank you for having the courage to share your experience and your feelings with us.

This form is intended, not just for consent violations, but also for anything that made you feel uncomfortable.

Please fill out this form to the best of your recollection, with honesty, courage, and the knowledge that your information will NOT be shared with third parties, or anyone outside of trusted decision making staff. We will do our best to provide support and resources to all parties involved if wanted, to help come to a peaceful resolution, and will use this knowledge to try and make each party better, safer, and fulfilling for all attendees.

If this incident involved any of the hosts, it will be handed off to an independent response team.
