Meet a Student Microbiologist: Q&A
This is a part of our COVID-19 Robotics Initiative, a program that we are starting here at The STEAM Connection for the Summer to benefit POC students who love to learn about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). Learn more at www.steamconnection.org

Class Description: There is more to biology than meets the eye! Learn from a minority student attending the University of Washington on what being a microbiologist and an up-in-coming researcher is like. Garner college tips and tricks and further hone in on what kind of science path is in store for your future! This session will be led by Varun Sridhar, a board member on The STEAM Connection. Racial Self-Identification
Our COVID-19 Robotics Initiative is intended for POC students. Since we have a limited number of students who can participate in this class, we ask that you respect our prioritization of minority students who will benefit from this program.

Internet Access
We ask if you have access to these resources because our Zoom program relies on it. We know that Internet access and resources are a huge problem for many communities, but unfortunately do not have the resources to provide these resources at this time. We are only able to accept students to our class that answer "yes" to this question.
Do you have access to a stable internet connection? *
