We at She Kicks FA have designed a holistic program for all to keep them fit and active as well as improve their knowledge and keep them engaged with developmental activities.
The whole program is designed by Aditi Chauhan and will be closely monitored by her to ensure that the best quality services are provided.


Each batch will comprise of 10 individuals and for regular feedback and communication, WhatsApp groups shall be created to share various important notifications and downloadable content.
Each session will be planned and conducted by trained professionals in the field and will be carried out through video conferencing tools.


This program includes the following broad topics:

1. Introduction to Football Skills
     - Beginner level football coaching that will be delivered by licensed coaches
     - Theory sessions on football and tactical knowledge
 
2. Strength & Conditioning program (fitness classes)
     - Full-body workout under the guidance & consultation of top trainers and physiotherapists.

3. Nutrition classes
     - Theoretical classes on nutrients, different food groups, the importance of hydration. etc

4. Interactive sessions with Aditi Chauhan
     - Learn and interact with Aditi Chauhan discussing various interesting topics

1. The program is open for Boys and Girls.
2. Age Limit: No age limit (since this is a beginner-level course where we work on basic football skill development ).
3. Emphasis on a holistic approach for overall athlete development.
4. Feedback taken every week from the participants to ensure quality.
5. After the 3 months program, all individuals will be provided with a Certificate of Completion from She Kicks FA.

Pricing of the program
- The duration of the program is 3 months which will have 2 sessions every week
