Standard Video with Basic Editing Includes:

- $1125 starting rate ($375 minimum shoot rate + $750 basic editing fee)
- minimum shoot rate covers up to two (2) hours on location for flight planning and shooting
- 4K aerial video footage of the subject property
- Basic editing Includes:
        - one to three-minute video production
        - sharpening, lighting adjustments, and color enhancements
        - background instrumental audio
        - text titles and descriptions
        - property outline
        - street and highway text labels or symbols
        - screen display of up to 20 logos noting area landmarks, retailers, or businesses (see add-ons for pinpointed markers)

Are you scheduling for multiple properties or videos?
An office or industrial park with multiple buildings is considered one property, however, additional charges will apply at a rate of $125 per hour for extensive video shoots. Master-planned developments will be quoted according to size and scope.
