Hello everyone! We couldn't be more excited to be back in the office. In compliance with the guidelines outlined by the Ministry of Health and our regulating bodies, we have created a pre-screening questionnaire that is required to be filled out prior to your appointment. You will also be pre-screened immediately before your appointment and your temperature taken using a contactless thermometer.
