The staffing plan at the elementary level provides classroom teachers, special area teachers, and special education teachers. There is not flexibility as to how you can allocate those positions/units. Additional enrichment/intervention teachers would have to be purchased through funds beyond the provided district annual school budget. If we were to "purchase" a specialized teacher what would be the area on which you would most like the school to focus. This would most likely be subsidized by a large enrichment fee (e.g. approximately $150 per student) or a fundraiser. *
