Class Description
In this class we will work on a wide range of exercises designed to progress flexibility, strength, endurance, alignment and balance. We will focus primarily on straight handstands, preparing to press, balance and progressions you can continue on your own.
Beginners are welcome, but you must be able to hold a handstand against a wall for 10 seconds. Suitable exercises will be given to challenge each individual’s abilities.
