This is the registration form for the Spring 2024 Session of Courses For Kids - Hosmer. Paper copies of the course options were sent home with all students. Upon completing this form, you will receive an emailed confirmation of your selections from Google Forms, please be sure to review this for accuracy. An individual registration form must be completed for each student you are registering.  A lottery will be held for any class whose registration exceeds its maximum capacity by the deadline on Sunday, February 25th. Lotteries will be conducted using an online service, such as random.org and will not be held live. Anyone who registers by Sunday, February 25th, will either be emailed a space confirmation email & invoice, or receive notification that they did not receive a spot, by 6:00 PM on Monday, March 4th.  The invoice will include instructions on how and where to submit payment. Payment should be made online through City Hall Systems or in the form of a check or money order brought to the Watertown Public Schools' Payment Drop Box and made payable to the City of Watertown with the student name and Spring CFK/Hosmer listed on the memo line.  Payment will be due by 11:59 PM on the 3rd day from the date the invoice is sent. The invoice will include an exact payment deadline.
