Indian Association of Bendigo Incorporated is a not for profit organisation registered under the Association Incorporation Reforms Act 2012. The purpose of the association is “to promote diversity and celebrate Indian culture and traditions."

Membership for financial year 2022-23 is now open. The IAB offers four types of membership with following fee structure:
• Individual membership - $40 per annum (Single individual over the age of 18 years)
• Family membership: $100 per annum (2 adults and up to 4 children not older than 21 years of age)
• Community (Not for profit organisations) membership: $250 per annum
• Corporate membership: $500 per annum
