My experience in handstands is...
I understand that due to COVID-19 the spots available for this class are limited to 8 people. Generally this class will take place at the wall and spaced apart. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or should be isolating please do not come.   *

Please come in between 6:50 and 7:00 pm, come in a mask and ready to train - stretchy/ comfortable workout clothes.  Upon entry, I will meet you at the door and you give you a COVID screening and hand sanitizer.  Then please go to the studio and choose a mat/station.  The mats are spaced 3m apart, the class will be on the mats or a wall.  The class will involve progressions depending on your handstand level and wall handstands (also spaced), press exercises and conditioning.  Class ends at 8:00 at which time, please collect your belongings and wash or sanitize your hands on the way out. *

Rates:

- $60 ($15 per class) when you register for the whole session.

- $20 drop-ins in person or online via zoom (after registering and paying you will be sent the zoom link)

Cancellation Policy

- With 48 hours notice you can cancel for the week and make it up at a later class.  If you cancel within 48 hours of the class there are no make-ups.

Class Description
In this class we will work on a wide range of exercises designed to progress flexibility, strength, endurance, alignment and balance. We will focus primarily on straight handstands, preparing to press, balance and progressions you can continue on your own.

Beginners are welcome, but you must be able to hold a handstand against a wall for 20 seconds. Suitable exercises will be given to challenge each individual’s abilities.
