1. All participants must submit their entries and payment online/inter-bank fund transfer made payable to:

2. Manual registration can be done at Ultron City One Mega Mall , CJC Night Run & CHKMUS-MAA Medicare Dialysis Centre ,Lot 2229,Block 10,Lorong 8,Jln Laksamana Cheng Ho,KCLD

3. Email receipts and all registration form to getmoving4charity@maamedicare.org

4. Registration will be closed on 31st August 2019

5. All entries are based on a first come first serve basis

6. Get Moving 4 Charity is open to Malaysia citizens,permanent residence and foreigners with a valid work permit

7. The registration for the event is open to all.

5km Run flag off at 6.30am.
1km Walk flag off at 7.00am.

Fees:
a) Family Pack: 2 Adult (Parents) 1 Kid - RM140
b) Family  pack: 2 Adult (Parents) 2  kids - RM180
c)Family pack: 2 Adults (Parents)  3 kids - Rm200

8. Once the registration is completed and payment has been made, entry fee for those who cannot take part in the event is not REFUNDABLE .However, the participant can find a replacement

9. The organizer reserves the rights to close entries before deadline when the quota of run is full (1000 participants)

10. Completion of the registration form is an indication of the participant's agreement to abide by the rules and regulation.

11. T-Shirt Collection :

Time: 11am -7pm

12. Kindly bring the confirmation email and proof of payment during collection of t-shirt

13. There will be NO distribution of t-shirt ON the day of event for participants

14. Please wear or bring Get Moving 4 Charity T-Shirt to redeem a medal at the finish line on event day

15. Every participants is solely responsible for their own belongings.The Foundation will not be held responsible for any mishaps before during or after the events.
