TFBC - One Time Event Request
After you fill out this event request, the Master Calendar will be consulted to make sure that there is not a scheduling conflict. Not all of our events have been published on the website or in Elvanto, so there may be times where there is a conflict that needs to be verified or consideration given before your event is placed on the calendar. Every effort will be given to accommodate your request, however, submitting this request is not a guarantee that your event is on the calendar. An email confirmation will be sent once your event is placed on the calendar. If you have not received this confirmation within three business days (church office hours), please reach out to office@tradingford.org 

NOTE: Weddings and Funerals have a different form and fee scale.

 *If this changes, you will need to update the church office ASAP. Not all requests to add additional space will be accommodated. Also, you may be sharing the church campus on your event date. For instance, If you request ONLY the Gym, the Fellowship Hall may be reserved by another person. Please only request to reserve the space that you are actually going to need.

Basic Guidelines
By requesting to use our facility, you agree to the following.
1. No smoking in any building
2. No alcoholic beverages anywhere on church property, including grounds.
3. Movement of furniture or fixtures in the Worship Center will be coordinated through the Church Office.
4. Movement of furniture or fixtures in all other rooms is the responsibility of renting party. All furniture and fixtures must be returned to original positions, arrangements, and conditions.
5 Empty trash and take to the dumpster. Replace trash can liners. Clean any equipment used. Be sure all equipment is turned off.
6. Wipe down tables/counter tops
7. Sweep and mop the floors as necessary.
8. Report any equipment malfunction or any damage to the Church Office.
9. Use of sound equipment must be arranged through the church Sound Team and the Church Office and may result in an additional fee.
10. Use of facilities is not an endorsement by the church.
11. Rental of facilities is for facilities only. It does not include implicitly the services of any employee of the church or members.
12. Lock all doors when leaving.
