Students at SSA MS have choices related to the music they learn or perform, and the athletic and activities in which they participate.

Complete this form so as to provide us with your child's best ideas of what they would like to do this upcoming 2023-24 school year.  

Please note that Athletic/Activity rosters are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.  A waiting list will be created if necessary and students informed of this situation.  Also note,  that when making your choices,  there is a 1-season athletic requirement each year. Students who might choose studio art or drama (or similar non-movement options) in the fall AND winter MUST make an athletic choice in the spring. Students who apply for an Exemption must still comply with SSA's 1-season requirement and must complete the necessary information on a separate handout.
