2024 Team USA Selection Panel Application
If you would like to be considered for participation on a Team USA player selection panel in 2024, please fill out this form.

If you want to qualify for Team USA, but also are interested in potentially being on the selection panel, please fill out this form. Only players who finish in the top 4 at one USAR Regional tournaments are eligible to be selected, so we will also consider including panelists who are players who fail to qualify for selection. 

This form will remain open until at least April 1.
Panelists will be selected between March and the end of April.
