Hornell Public Library Homebound Books Registration
Hornell Public Library offers a free outreach delivery service for Hornell, NY residents who are homebound and unable to visit the library. 

Deliveries take place on the first Saturday of the month between 9:30-11:30 AM.  You must register by the last Saturday of the month to receive your first delivery the following month. An HPL staff member with call or email you to confirm your delivery.
   
HPL Staff will select items for you based on your answers in this registration form. You may also request specific titles by contacting the library at 607-324-1210 or hornellpubliclibrary@gmail.com.

Only on hand materials are available to check out. Up to 3 items can be requested per month.


Eligibility
Patrons requesting homebound delivery services must:
  • Be a Hornell resident.
  • Complete the Homebound Books Registration form or call the library at 607-324-1210 to register.
  • Have a viable means of contact: phone or email. 
  • Be registered for a library card. 
  • Provide a safe and appropriate environment for staff & volunteers to make their deliveries.
