Thank you for your interest in participating in Rochester NY's first Native. Made. Market.

The following form is an application to secure your interest as a Volunteer. All applications are due by November 16th, 2022 at 5pm. Please review what the available volunteer positions are and what the terms and conditions of what participating as a volunteer include. 

On Wednesday, November 16th we are having a gathering of volunteers to set expectations, create alignment, build community. This gathering is at POP ROC, located at 45 Euclid St and is from 5:45pm to 6:30pm. You are welcome to come at 5:30 if you would like to fellowship before the meeting.

The agenda is:

1) Review what is the market and why we are doing this
2) Introductions - Name, where you're from, what you're excited about, what talents/gifts/skills are you sharing with the group
3) Review agenda
4) Review participants (vendors, sponsors, and presenters)
5) Review layout
6) Assign roles
7) Address needs
8) Questions and Feedback

I agree that I am volunteering my time and service to the event and acknowledge that this is not a paid volunteer position

I agree that while I am submitting my application to volunteer, it does not guarantee a volunteer position.

It is by mutual agreement that if for any reason I am unable to volunteer after I have committed, that I will not be held liable for any reason but respect that I will do my best to give advance notice to Angelina via phone call if I am unable to participate

I agree that I will adhere to all NYS safety protocols regarding event gatherings and the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

I agree that I will conduct myself in a manner that is respectful to other volunteers, the staff, vendors, sponsors, the hosts of the event, and the guests of the event at all times. If I should break this agreement, I understand that I will be asked to leave the event immediately.

I agree that I will not cause any damage to the space or to any property within the space. If I do, I agree that I will pay for the assessment, labor, and materials to fix or replace the damage.

I agree that the event host and/or event venue will not be held responsible for any personal injury that occurs on the premises.

I agree that I am responsible for my belongings, products and/or goods and neither the event host nor the venue will be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property.
