Thank you for your interest in submitting a funding proposal for the PTA’s consideration. The PTA works within a member-approved budget, though we have some discretionary funds. If you have an idea for a new program, event or item you believe supports our goals (listed within the form below), please fill out and submit this form.
Proposals for up to $200 can be approved by the PTA board alone. Larger proposals must be approved by the board and then presented to PTA members for final approval. The person or group making the budget proposal must make themselves available to the board and be willing to attend the relevant meeting, either in person or via phone or Zoom, to answer any questions about the proposal. Receipts and reimbursements must be submitted by May 31.
