The topic will cover the notions on the correlation between Nafs and Faith influencing the cognitive processes during therapy sessions from an Islamic perspective.

About The Lecturer/Speaker: Dr Kehkashan Arouj

Dr Kehkashan is a clinical psychologist, PhD, serving as an Assistant Professor, in charge of Academics, at Department of Psychology, International Islamic University Islamabad.

She has vast experience in Clinical Psychology, Psychopathology, Islamic Psychology, Personality Psychology and Addiction. Her work has been presented nationally and internationally, and includes topics such as Mandala-coloring for anxiety reduction, group therapy of Ashraf Ali Thanvi in present era, Meaning-centered Therapy for student Machiavellians inn digital era.


The session will be insightful and resourceful.
