RSVPs:
This form MUST be filled out to ensure you have spots for the event. Failure to submit this completed form means you are not on the roster to attend.

CANCELLING AND NO SHOWS:
Even though this is a free event it is important that you alert the admin if you need to cancel and are no longer planning to attend. This common courtesy and helps us with planning. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

REMINDERS:
Reminder emails and/or texts will be sent out 5-7 days before the event. The reminder will include important information about where the group will be meeting, what time you need to arrive, behavior reminders, what to bring etc. It is very important that you make sure you have ecoexplorersatl@gmail.com and 678-457-0802 listed in your address books so our emails/texts do not get sent to your spam folders.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy, closed toed hiking shoes. It is recommended you wear a hat, sunscreen and bug spray. Please also be sure you have plenty of water.
