MLMW Mindful Organization & Workplace Assessment (MOWA)

Welcome to the Mindful Life, Mindful Work, Inc. Mindful Organization & Workplace Assessment (MOWA). The questions below are designed to assess your company in many areas, including: company culture, workplace design, integrity in decision making, general wellness, public image, leadership development, employee engagement, psychological safety, diversity, team cohesion, communication, competitiveness, overall trust, and various other categories.

The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete. All scored questions are of the likert type, with 10 being 'strongly agree' and 0 being 'strongly disagree'. If you are neutral on an item or it does not apply to your situation, answer with number 5.
