1. Elders

Role Description:
- Shepherd (pastor/care for) the flock of God (1 Pt. 5:2; Acts 20:28; 2 Tim. 2:2) 
- Give instruction in sound doctrine & rebuke those who contradict it (Titus 1:9) 
- Exercise, conduct & control the church’s powers, business & property for the purposes of overseeing all legal, business, financial & administrative affairs.

Requirements:
- Must meet biblical qualifications in 1 Tim. 3:1-7 & Titus 1:5-9. 
- Must have been a partner in good standing for 1+ year
- Must be willing to serve the full 3-year term

2. Deacons

Role Description:
- Maintain and recommend improvements for church property of all kinds
- Propose the annual property-related operational budget to the Partnership
- Ensure the general fitness of all property prior to the weekly service
- Ensure 2+ Deacons at weekly service; count & record offering & attendance

Requirements:
- Must meet biblical qualifications in 1 Tim. 3:8-13. 
- Must have been a partner in good standing for 6+ months
- Must be willing to serve the full 3-year term

3. Missions

Role Description:
- Become knowledgeable of all Mission Partners, their work, and their needs
- Pray regularly for, and maintain frequent contact with, all Mission Partners
- Provide monthly updates to the church about Mission partners
- Propose the annual Missions-related budget to the Partnership

Requirements:
- Must meet biblical qualifications in 1 Tim. 3:8-13. 
- Must have been a partner in good standing for 6+ months
- Must be willing to serve the full 2-year term

4. Helping Hands

Role Description:
- Coordinate meals for the sick, incapacitated, and parents of newborn children
- Lead hospitality for special fellowship events (e.g. International Lunch, Baptism Picnic)
- Maintain inventory of paper goods, utensils, and other hospitality supplies
- Propose the annual Helping Hands budget to the Partnership

Requirements:
- Must meet biblical qualifications in 1 Tim. 3:8-13. 
- Must have been a partner in good standing for 6+ months
- Must be willing to serve the full 3-year term
