The Johnson High School (JHS) Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is currently seeking nominations for the following awards for persons at JHS or within the JHS community:

Texas PTA Honorary Life  Award - This is an honor given by Texas PTA. It is awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the welfare of children and youth.

Texas PTA Extended Service Award - This is an honor reserved for people who have previously received the Texas PTA Honorary Life Membership Award, yet still continue to make outstanding contributions to the welfare of children and youth and have been involved with PTA for at least 10 years.

National PTA Life Achievement Award - This is an honor given by the National PTA. This highest honor is given to a person who daily lives out his or her commitment to children and acts as a tireless advocate for children’s education, health and well-being.

If you know someone who has gone the extra mile for our children, is a valuable volunteer, is a dedicated, exceptional teacher, is an outstanding staff member, or is a community member who shares their resources and time for our children, please consider nominating them.
