U18 AAA Tryout Form
***PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND PAID IN FULL WITH SPRMHA BEFORE GOING OUT ON THE ICE***

Please complete the following form to sign your player up for the U18 AAA tryouts.  The U18 AAA tryouts will be broken into 2 phases.  Phase one will be open to all registered U18 CMHA and SPRMHA players.  Phase Two will be invitation only

The cost per player will be $30 for Phase 1 due before players hit the ice.  The $20 for Phase 2 will be due before the begining of those ice times

Please e-transfer the $30 before the first ice time to sprmha@gmail.com.  Include the age group you are signing up for as well as your player's name.

All players trying out will be given a jersey for use during the tryout process.  

Players must remove any stickers from previous teams or hockey schools

Plain Black or White hockey socks will only be permitted during tryouts

No team pant shells will be allowed to be worn during tryouts


The final rosters will be shared via email at the conclusion of tryouts.
