General Rules/Guidelines/Information
* For field trips, it is preferred to visit the museum on a day when the museum is closed so that guests may be easier to keep an eye on without getting mixed in with the general public. It is required for groups larger than 30 children to book on days that we are closed.
* Field trips are booked for a two hour time slot. If more time is needed, additional time may be purchased.
* Admission for school and nonprofit field trips is $4 per student. Minimum of 20 students for discount to be applied.
* There is a $120 minimum admissions fee for a field trip held on days when the museum is typically closed.
* There is a $50/hour fee if the museum is needed more than two hours for a field trip booked on a closed day.
* We require, at minimum, 1 adult per 5 children to chaperone. A lack of chaperones will result in a $25 charge per missing chaperone.
* We reserve the right to charge for replacements of broken or missing exhibit pieces.
