Full-time Work or Apprenticeship (I have leads on with employers are offering benefits, like on-the-job-training & health benefits, not just an hourly wage)

Free College Courses While at PHS *

Did not ever take a free college course while at Panorama HS

I did take at least one college course (DMACC, or WITCC for Calculus)

I took college courses and am glad I did because I am planning to go to college after PHS

I took college course(s) and now am now less excited about college

I understand that PHS puts college courses on our PHS transcript, but colleges only accept college courses after seeing the college transcript (I will complete the college transcript request before PHS graduation.).

I already sent in a college transcript request for my college credits taken in HS to go to my college destination.

I took a college class but do not know about this transcript request thing.

Scholarships for College/Career Training *

I need help because I am not sure where to find scholarships.

I want help because I do not have a resume done and need to get letters of recommendation for the local scholarships.

I am saving scholarship notifications (gmail from C.Webner, etc.) but have not applied to any yet.

I am actively applying for scholarships and hoping for some money to come my way.

I already got some scholarship money and need to tell Mr. Webner for the May 11 Sr. Awards Night
