8/14/2020: Understanding Childhood Traumatic Stress and Providing Support During COVID-19

Eligibility: Alpine School District educators and community leaders

Description: This workshop is geared toward educators and community leaders and will provide education in understanding what is childhood traumatic stress, including risk factors, symptoms, and ways in which educators can support students in schools. Additionally, this workshop will address the unique stressors due to COVID-19 and provide strategies in managing both student stress and educator stress during this time.
