SOUL SOLUTIONS
If you're stuck in your head and focusing on the problem - we need to move to being a Solutions Sister- being open to solutions from our heart and soul, rather than the ego mind which doesn't really want a solution anyway!!

Being invested in suffering has to STOP! Really taking responsibility can be terrifying because it means we're suddenly accountable for our own lives. With all this responsibility, we want to free up energy by not creating problems where they don't exist.

All “problems” come from the denial of what is happening.

"I should be rich. I should have a boyfriend. I should have a huge career by now".

Our refusal to accept what is, by saying it should be something other, causes the suffering.

To accept is to no longer suffer.

It’s not about giving up. When you’ve had enough of your problem, you will drop it, so it is no longer a 'problem'. This liberation is just a choice away.

A problem is an opportunity to identify and release the broken core belief (I am not worthy/ I am not good enough). At which point most problems dissipate.

If it remains, it means we simply need a battle plan on how to instigate a change of energy around it.

Make dissipating problems your superpower & get creative with some SOUL SOLUTIONS below!

ROOT CAUSE:  If you were to remove all individuals and circumstances and sit with just the feeling you're having, can you see the broken 'self belief' that has been triggered. Is your response to the actual event or is it to the pain of the broken belief  - 'I am not good enough'. Comment below on your findings. *
TURN THE DIAL: If 10 suggested this problem was an absolute catastrophe - detail this problem as worst case scenario below. *
If 5 suggested this problem were so/so... that it wasn't all that bad - what would your assessment be of it? *
If 1 suggested this really were no problem at all, in fact it were a positive experience and actually an opportunity - can you give an assessment of the situation now as best case scenario? What action might you take from this assessment? *
ROCKING CHAIR TEST: Imagine you are 90 years old, in your rocking chair, reflecting back on your life. Thinking of this incident - consider how you might view it? Was it such a big deal? Could you see the humour in it? Would you still want to be holding a grudge or carrying this burden? What advice would you give to your younger self? *
A WEEK TO LIVE: If you had a week to live, how much time would you give to this problem? How would you spend your week, what would you do, who would you see? While this might be a theoretical exercise, it is quite possibly true. What really matters to you? If time was precious and you appreciated every moment, what would you focus on? Do you have to wait for this to be true to start living your most authentic life? Spend some time really enquiring before commenting below. This is an extremely powerful exercise that may just change your life, if you give it the time it needs. *
ITS NOT ABOUT YOU! If you are stuck for solutions, it is probably your ego wanting to be right/ perfect. Time to get out of your head and reconnect with what really matters. Which will be connected to breaking your old patterns and helping others to do the same (via any form, medium, mode or method). Because there is someone JUST LIKE YOU, behind you in this journey, who could benefit from your energy & sharing. Is it possible all you need to do is LIVE IN YOUR LIGHT?  Comment below on the bigger picture, your higher purpose, and what happens to the problem when you shift your attention to this? *
AGONY AUNT: Imagine someone you loved, was in this situation. What advice would you give them? What would you want them to see/ know? Can you feel this is true also for you? You wouldn't with-hold this love from a friend so no with-holding from yourself. Open up to receive, from and with love. *
REPARENT YOUR INNER CHILD: If this was a child experiencing this problem, what insight could you offer them? How might you encourage them to see things? What would you want them to do?  What habits would you want them to encourage in themselves at such a young age that will help them to overcome similar future scenarios? *
DARE TO FAIL: If you weren't afraid of being rejected or failing - what action would you take from love? *
POWER OF NOW: Coming deeply into your body into the present moment, spend a few breaths moving your attention to everything you can hear. Firstly inside your body. Then inside your room. Then outside your room. Then a few streets away. Then back into the room and ending with the sound of your heartbeat and breath. When you are just present are there really any problems? *
