This form is used to create the marketing/visual pieces of events, and to add events to all the church calendars where it is needed to communicate details to those involved. Required fields are requested to save time and make sure that all details are communicated correctly.

Do you require any Audio/Visual equipment for your event? (Please note that only those that have been trained to use the TV's and AV equipment will be permitted to use them) *
