CMISD Christmas Vendor Fair                        December 9, 2023
Please complete the following information by November 27th. The cost of a 10 x 10 Booth is $50. You will need to provide your own table. We will only accept one brand ambassador per company on a first come first serve basis. All forms and payments must be made by November 27th. You can also mail it to CMISD, Attn: Anne Payne - PO Box 160, Caddo Mills, TX 75135.  Setup will begin at 7am in the CMHS cafeteria and the fair will be from 9am until 4pm.
