The NC FCCLA State Management Team serves as a support to the state Executive Director in management of the state association and the planning and implementation of the State Leadership Conference. These
volunteer positions are filed as needed at the discretion of the state Executive Director with priority given to individuals with previous experiences and knowledge of the mission and purposes of the organization. Individuals selected to serve on the State Management Team will serve a 3-year term.
Members of the State Management Team must be able to:
- dedicate 5-10 hours per month for team meetings and assisting in the planning of the State Leadership Conference and other needs of the state association.
- work independently to complete the responsibilities of your role on the team in a timely manner.
- confidently and accurately share about the state associations mission and purposes.
- attend the State Leadership Conference in its entirety to fulfill all duties and responsibilities as needed.
- serve the state association for a total of three years.
