Please note: Conference registration includes full access to all conference speakers and concurrent sessions, including the Town Hall Meeting with Chancellor Dr. David Doré; all meals and refreshments, including the Awards Banquet Dinner on Thursday evening; vendor expo; numerous networking opportunities along with all physical conference materials. Lodging and Parking Expenses are NOT included in your conference registration fee.
Be sure to get a $0 balance hotel receipt upon checkout for submission into Chrome River when you return. The link to book your hotel is on the main VCCA site and on the confirmation page of this form.

Online payment is available. Refunds will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference, less the VCCA membership fee. Any online registration refund issued will be minus the online transaction fees.

Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the conference will not receive a refund. Substitutions are permitted if the original conference attendee is unable to attend.
