All Class Reunion: Registration Form

All Class Reunion Cookout, 11 am - 7 pm, Warrensville Heights Elementary School back parking lot. 
Every graduating class is invited to set up a tent for their class at this family-friendly cookout held at the Elementary School back parking lot. We will have a DJ, games, and family friendly activities. 
  • Free Admission, Food is Cash or Bring Your Own.
  • Registered Classes will be provided a table and 2 chairs. They are permitted to bring items that fit within a 10 foot X 10 foot area. Decorations, Tents, Grills, permitted. No water or electric hook up will be available.
  • Duplicate registrants for graduating classes will be paired together. Depending on expected attendance, additional 10 X 10 plots can be made available. Reservations for additional spaces will open May 1 on a first come first serve basis. An email will be sent with further details to all registrants.

Remember that all classes are guaranteed a 10x10 foot plot with a table and chairs, but more space can be requested starting May 1 on a first come first serve basis.
