Mixed League Phase II Registration
Teams interested in joining the MODS Summer League to start play in round 2 should fill in this expression of interest form. How this works: MODS will collect info from teams about their preference for level of play and which night or nights you can play. Once there is enough teams (we need even numbers for each night) then the office will instruct the captain on how to register and pay online.
