Regular / Part-Time Boarding - Parent/Guardian Request Form 
Dear Parent / Guardian,

Thank you for your Regular / Part-Time Boarding request. 

Regular / Part-Time Boarding is charged at £72 per night from 1st Jan 2025 where at least 1 full term’s commitment is given for 2 or 3 nights in each week, and at £66 from 1st Jan 2025 where at least 1 full term’s commitment is given for 4 nights in each week.

Your child will need to bring the following items for their stay in Boarding.
  • Pyjamas / slippers / dressing gown or robe
  • 2 bath towels
  • Pillow / bedding (optional)
  • Underwear / socks
  • School uniform 
  • Casual clothing and shoes for out of school hours
  • Sports kit / school bag and stationery for the school day
  • Swimwear (optional)
  • Alarm clock 
  • Wash Bag and Cosmetics
  • Mobile phone (optional)
  • Reading Book / Homework
Please refer to the  Boarding Welcome Handbook to help you and your child prepare for their stay in Boarding.

If your child has any special dietary or medical needs that we should be aware of before arriving in Boarding, please provide further details within this form.
