You will receive an email to the address you provided notifying you that we have received your request for a quote. Please allow 1-3 days for your quote to be completed and sent to you via email.

Lofts
A loft is a great way to add to the square footage without sacrificing floor space. Most people use a loft as their bedroom. A bump-out loft extends a second floor loft over the end of the trailer. Windows
If you are unsure exactly what you want for windows at this point.  Please indicate how much natural light you want on a scale of 1-10. (5 would be an average quantity of windows). This will give us the ability to give you an estimate.  We can then figure out all window specifics during the design phase.  If you know exactly what windows you want.  Please list them in the final comments box at the end.
Siding

Propane
Would you like to add propane to the house for appliances such as a water heater or a stove top?  If you do not use propane these appliances will require using a 100 amp service instead of the standard 50 amp RV plug. Most customers use propane for stove and hot water heater as it is more energy cost efficient.  Contact us if you have questions.

Please select on a scale of 1-10 the desired quality of the kitchen.  1 would be very basic with open shelves. 10 is extremely custom with things like granite countertops, etc. Or you can describe it in the comments below.
Built in Furniture
In a tiny home it can be important not to waste any space that could otherwise be of use. We can customize the furniture in your home to both be less space consuming and more functional. Store bought furniture is cheaper but wastes a lot of space and usually performs only one function.  Below is a list of commonly requested built in furniture that our customers have loved.
