Assalamo alaikum,

Kindly fill out the information below. We are collecting this information to better organize the virtual mulaqat (meeting) with Huzoor Anwar (may Allah be his Helper!). All new convert Khuddam are requested to complete this information in entirety so that we may communicate the class details with everyone.

This meeting will insh'Allah be held on 10th October, 2021.

As a precaution, in all classes with Huzoor Anwar (may Allah be his Helper), social distancing and wearing of masks will continue to be enforced.

Due to the Government of Ontario's Requirement of proof of vaccination for non-essential gatherings be provided, all members are required to be fully vaccinated in order to attend any of the classes. We will continue to monitor and adhere to the guidelines from the official authorities.
