Please acknowledge your understanding of the goal and format:

The goal of this virtual session is to equip practitioners with a thorough grasp of the current GenAI tooling landscape, enabling them to make educated decisions when using GenAI in production, to the fullest extent possible, informed by both data and evidence.

We kindly request that your presentation steer clear of commercial pitches and instead prioritize providing explanations grounded in data-driven and empirical insights.

As per the goals of our group, this approach will help equip AI practitioners with the means necessary to utilize GenAI in production, responsibly, efficiently, and effectively.

Please read carefully and acknowledge that we welcome talks in which;

✅ The presenter aims to articulate the benefits of the tool, product or idea in an empirical manner, focusing on its technical merits rather than resorting to fluff, sales pitches, or superficial commercial messaging.

✅ Messages that are told via a short case study or end-user presentation are welcomed (particularly via Committee request!)

✅ The presenter is ready to help the audience understand who benefits most from the tool and when it might not be the best choice for them or their teams.  (based on factors such as size of company, compatibility, legacy systems, risk tolerance etc.)
