How many adult staff are on team roster that will be ATTENDING the event and will not be counted on another team for same event.  Can NOT count staff twice for more than 1 team for tickets.  Upon entry, the adults on the roster (coaches and non coach adults) will need to show their membership card and photo ID at gate- please make sure they have them ready to avoid delays. *
Spectators can purchase tickets at gate, but we recommend teams pre-order tickets.  Can same person or Team Ticket Coordinator pick up Team Pre-ordered Spectator tickets Friday? Very helpful if someone can. We understand our spectator capacity is 35 (doesn't count team members or children under 17) *

We agree to bring 3 Sport Engines Rosters, all participants on the team is listed on the roster. We have uploaded our roster to AES. *

Everyone associated with the team will check for any changes on AES both Friday night and Saturday AM before leaving for event.  We are seeing teams drop late due to covid infections. 2021 all will need to be ready for change, be prepared with a plan. *

Housing:  If your team is utilizing hotels, please answer below.  Our region agreed to City of Rock Hill to provide them with an economic impact report, so we can continue to use this $30m facility at reasonable cost.   *
Our team understands when we have officiating work duty- the only people in the court area are our work crew (R2, SK, 2 lines judges, libero tracker and score flipper and 1 coach).  No rotation in same match. *
