The DISCOVER SOAR Community Access Partnership Project is a pilot program that seeks to provide free digital access to the clients of the Southeast Michigan's Senior Regional Collaborative community agencies serving low-income older adult communities. This program seeks to distribute lectures via  partnered community agencies. The lectures are dedicated to programming adult education to improve and support the mental, emotional and cognitive health of its members.
