2019-2020 Service Proposal (8th Grade)
Youth Confirmation candidates should use this form to submit a proposal for service in the community. Candidates are encouraged to reflect on the service they completed in 7th grade, and to choose a type of service that is meaningful to them and will extend through their 8th grade year. Candidates will be asked to reflect on their service experience in May, prior to receiving the sacrament. Please contact confirmation@trinity.org with questions or concerns.
